Refund policy
Due to the living nature of Fresh flowers, these cannot be returned. If there is a problem with your flowers, we require a notification within 24 hours of receipt to allow us to investigate. A photograph could be required to support any claims.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund , must contact us immediately on receipt and forward photographs to bimbafloralstudio@gmail.com
Terms and Conditions for Weddings and Event
By booking, you agree to the quoted price and the Terms and Conditions detailed below.
Quoted prices are subject to change if you wish to modify the style, floral materials, or scale of any design.
For bespoke weddings, a non-refundable 20% or 50% deposit is required to reserve the date and confirm services.
This deposit is payable to the bank account. You will receive an invoice and confirmation upon receipt of payment. The remaining balance can be paid one month prior to the event by credit card directly in our website, or via bank transfer to Barclays.
Your flowers are reserved one month before your event/ wedding day, so you have up to one month to notify us of any changes. Changes requested after this timeframe may be subject to additional charges and may not be possible, depending on the extent of the change.
Due to the living nature of flowers and fresh foliage, there may be occasions when certain varieties are unavailable or difficult to source. We will always do our best to source the products you desire. However, sometimes certain varieties are simply unavailable because of the weather or causes beyond our control and unfortunately there is nothing we could do. All fresh flowers and foliage are subject to availability and undergo rigorous quality control before being used in your wedding arrangements. If a particular flower is unavailable, we reserve the right to use similar flowers of the same quality and value. Rest assured that either way it will be wonderful!
Bimba Floral Studio is not responsible for non-delivery due to extreme weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control. It is the client's (the person receiving this quote) responsibility to ensure that all products loaned by us are returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. Damage includes, but is not limited to, breakage, cracks, stains, or burns. The client will be responsible for covering the cost of any repairs or replacements.
The remaining balance must be paid at least one month prior to your wedding day.
Event and wedding cancellation fees
We put a lot of energy, time, and ideas into designing the flowers for your event, which is why we don't offer refunds on booking fees.
From the time of booking : forfeiture of the booking fee.
From 6 months before the event: 50% of the remaining balance plus the total booking fee.
From 1 to 3 months: 75% of the remaining balance plus the total booking fee.
Up to 1 month: 100% of the total fee.
We will not collect floral arrangements from the event venue unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to apply a fee if there is a significant change in the agreed-upon distance.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
